Biography

Appointed as the City Manager in 2010 David Ridpath had previously served as the Assistant City Manager since 2002. He has been with the City of Radford since 1984 serving in the roles of Community Assistance Coordinator, Economic Development Director and Director of Planning and Community Development.

David was born and raised in Radford and is a graduate of Radford High School.

He received his Bachelors degree from Virginia Tech.
