Biography

Mr. Cox has been City Manager in Radford since 2002. For more than 22 years he has served local governments across the southeast including localities in Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia. He received a B.A. and Masters of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Originally from East Tennessee, he lives with his wife and two daughters in Radford. His girls are currently attending Radford High School and are active in a wide variety of sports and extracurricular activities.
