The Finance Department of the City of Radford is located in the Municipal
Building at 619 Second Street, Radford, Virginia 24141-1431. The department
has three divisions: Accounting, Data Processing, and Utility Billing.
Office hours for each division are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. |
Accounting
The Accounting
division includes budget preparation, financial statement preparation,
external audit coordination, general ledger maintenance, payroll and

division includes software development, hardware management, and information

Utility Billing
The Utility Billing
division includes customer service and billing for electric, water, waste
water, and garbage collection. All customers must complete an application
for service and present a picture ID for proof of identification. A deposit
equal to two times the monthly average bill for the location OR an
acceptable letter of credit from a previous utility provider will be
required. To establish new service, terminate an existing service or for
